Since 2005, Triumph Academy of Defensive Driving provides excellent driving lessons in Toronto (West Toronto, High Park, Junction, Parkdale and Etobicoke). One may either take the full Beginner MTO Approved Driving Course or individual driving lessons. All driving lessons are based on defensive driving techniques, meaning, driving to prevent and avoid collisions in spite of adverse conditions and actions of others.
Given our years of experience of providing driving lessons in Toronto and teaching the MTO Approved Driving Course in the classroom, we concluded that people learn differently (visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and reading/writing). Therefore, we use different techniques based on each individual’s needs.
OUR RANGE OF DRIVING COURSES
MTO Approved Driving lessons for Beginners
Our Beginner Driving Course includes 30 hours of online training and 10 hours of in-car driving lessons in Toronto (West Toronto, High Park, Junction, Parkdale and Etobicoke). These lessons are suitable for the beginners or newcomers to become defensive drivers and stay safe on the road. Upon the successful completion of the course within a maximum of one calendar year, each student becomes certified for the insurance discount and time reduction between G1 and G2, from a full year to 8 months.
Advanced Driving Lessons
Our Patient Driving Instructors Toronto program helps one improve their driving skills and become a safe and confident driver through refining techniques, developing decision-making abilities, and mastering complex road scenarios efficiently. We teach students to master defensive driving strategies and perfect advance maneuvers.
Road Test Preparation
Our driving instructors carefully guide students through each step of the testing process, covering essential skills and overcoming challenges while instilling confidence to do well on tests. We ensure that students enjoy every step while they are improving their driving skills, not only the moment of passing the test. Our passing rate is well above 95%.
Defensive Driving Techniques
Learn to identify potential hazards, respond appropriately in unexpected circumstances, and instill in yourself an attitude of prioritizing road safety – our defensive driving techniques offered by experienced and Patient Driving Instructors. We teach students how to navigate various situations with greater ease and caution.
